A romping, retro Rock’n Roll number written in tribute to composer, Ricky Armstrong’s late Aunt Molly who died suddenly in 2019. After years supporting and caring for Ricky and his disabled son Darren, Armstrong felt compelled to write a musical tribute to this fantastic lady.

Featuring a host of internationally reknowned musicians, the song provides an uplifting trip down memory lane, both stylistically in it’s noticable nod to Ricky Nelson, T-rex and Quo and lyrically with a nostalgic, yet happy look back at times shared with the wonderful Aunt Molly. The release fullflls a lifetime ambition for experienced, semi-professional musician Ricky Armstrong, who has roped in some of his many friends to help him along the way.

A real testament to the Gentleman he is, Ricky secured appearances from Gary Sanford, guitarist with Joe Jackson, Aztec Camera, Kirsty McCall, Scottish Guitar Virtuoso/Composer and Producer Nick Andrew also on Bass, International touring Drummer for Aynsley Lister & Philipp
Fankhauser, Richard Spooner, Vocalist Billy Henagan, Pianist & Vocalist Rebecca Turner and Backing Vocalist Steven Roper all of whom provided their time and performances for free.

In addition, award winning artist and actress Shany Hagan has provided Ricky with original artwork to accompany his single. All the proceeds from this track will go to the UK charity, Help Musicians.
